MenuSquared offers three tiers designed to grow with your restaurant. Every account starts on the Starter plan, and you can upgrade at any time.


Starter plan

The Starter plan gives you everything you need to create and publish a single professional menu:

  • 1 published menu: Create and publish one menu at a time. You can create unlimited draft menus.
  • AI features included: 10 AI credits per month for descriptions, pricing analysis, menu audits, and imports.
  • All 50 templates: Full access to every template in the gallery.
  • Digital-quality PDF export: Export with compressed images for on-screen viewing and home printing.
  • Digital sharing: Share links, QR codes, and embeds.
  • MenuSquared branding: A small "Menu by MenuSquared" badge appears on your published menu.

Chef's Table plan

The Chef's Table plan unlocks the full MenuSquared experience for a single operator:

  • Unlimited published menus: Publish as many menus as you need: dinner, lunch, brunch, happy hour, seasonal specials.
  • Print-quality PDF export: Export using the highest-quality stored version of each image for professional printing. Includes bleed marks and CMYK color options.
  • Unlimited AI: No monthly credit cap on descriptions, pricing analysis, menu audits, seasonal ideas, and menu import.
  • Remove branding: The "Menu by MenuSquared" badge is removed from your published menus.
  • Priority support: Faster response times from our support team.

The Chef's Table plan is our most popular tier. If you need multiple menus or print-quality exports, it's the right choice.


Business plan

The Business plan includes everything in Chef's Table, plus multi-brand management and team collaboration:

  • Everything in Chef's Table: Unlimited menus, print-quality export, no branding.
  • Up to 5 restaurant brands: Create separate brands with their own name, logo, colors, and menus. Switch between them from the dashboard sidebar.
  • Team collaboration: Invite team members and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer).
  • Role-based permissions: Control who can edit, publish, or just view menus.
  • Team management: Add and remove members, change roles at any time.

Can I try Chef's Table features before upgrading?

Yes. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The subscription cancels automatically at the end of the trial unless you add a payment method, and the trial is available once per customer. The Starter plan also remains available for designing unlimited draft menus.

How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required at checkout, and if you don't add a payment method the subscription cancels automatically when the trial ends. Trials are limited to one per customer. After the trial, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to your first payment.

Do all plans include the same templates?

Yes. All 50 templates are available on every plan, including the Starter plan. No templates are locked behind a paywall.
